Theo Prins - President Theo started Escali in 2000 when he noticed there was a need in the U.S. for more accurate measuring in the kitchen.  Not with cups and tablespoons, but with highly accurate digital scales.  Also, if you make them look good, people would want them in their home. His favorite scale is the Aqua: True liquid measuring in a great functional design. In Theo's spare time he likes to be close to the water, which isn't hard in the Land of 10,000 Lakes!	Jane Wegand - Vice President of Sales Leading the charge of both Inside and Outside Sales of Escali Scales; Jane is Den Mother of the Sales Troops for North America.
Julian Bell - Sales Manager Before arriving at Escali in May 2008, Julian worked for Career Education Corporation/Le Cordon Bleu.  In addition to great customer service, Julian's goal is to help increase your profits and customer base.	Kelly Walsh - Sales Manager Kelly is a former college lacrosse and soccer player who still actively participates in men's league for fun.
David - Logistics & Warehouse Manager Dave is responsible for all shipments inbound and outbound, and coordinating everyday warehouse duties.  He plays softball during the summer and basketball in the winter.  His pride and joy is his cat Twicks.	James - Administrative Tech
Noah - Marketing & Brand Manager Noah manages the Escali website, blog & all social media as well as produces creative work for product packaging, print and digital advertisements, amongst other related tasks.  He really enjoys architecture, art, cars, loud music, politics, football, hockey and spends his time in the spring chasing down (and taming) tornadoes.
